Warm welcomes and exam successes – Your Future Planning team update

After a summer of hard work, autumn approaches, and the Future Planning team is looking a little different.

In your latest business update, we have some exciting exam news to share and a couple of introductions to make.

Sian is now a fully qualified financial adviser

Back in June, you might have read that Sian had recently passed her R05 and R06 exams, meaning she was just one exam away from qualified status. Just a few months later, Sian has now passed her R03 exam too, awarding her a CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

This is a huge achievement and the result of many hours of hard work and dedication.

We’re incredibly proud of Sian and know that you’ll join us in wishing her all the best as her role at Future Planning shifts to acknowledge this accomplishment.

Welcoming two new members of the Future Planning family

We have two new members of the Future Planning team to introduce to you.

Kirsty Ingram, junior client services executive

Kirsty joins the financial services sector from a background in retail and hospitality. She’s now keen to use her career to create a positive impact.

As a junior client services executive, Kirsty describes her role as “providing administrative support to advisers, as well as completing general tasks that help keep the office running smoothly.”

“I’m very proud to have secured this role,” Kirsty says. “It combines my interests in finance and my love of providing excellent customer service. I also get to learn new systems and tools every day, get to know a brand-new team, and interact with our clients.”

In Kirsty’s spare time, she enjoys watching documentaries related to travel and transport. She’s also an avid follower of Formula 1.

“I have a large collection of food magazines and recipe books that I’m trying to get through, and I really enjoy cooking and baking things for my family. My ideal weekend would be exploring a new place with amazing food to take home and cook. Or watching Formula 1 if it’s on!”

Leah, personal assistant

Leah has spent her career in various roles within the financial services sector, adding to her skills and experience along the way. She now joins the team as Sanjay’s personal assistant.

“My job is varied, which I really enjoy, and this variety keeps me engaged in the task at hand,” says Leah.

“I work closely with Sanjay to ensure his day runs as smoothly as possible. I assist him with various duties between his home and office to ensure all aspects remain organised and meetings on time. I’m also a very organised person at home, which is why my role suits me personally and professionally.”

Outside of work, Leah enjoys travel and fitness.

“I spend a lot of time working out, going to the gym and attending Pilates classes. I also love being on holiday and travelling to new places. I like to get away as much as time allows. My favourite holiday destination? Dubai, always!”
