Future Planning in 3 words
The three words I would use to describe Future Planning are knowledgeable, precise and welcoming.
I’d absolutely recommend a first-time buyer to go to a mortgage adviser as opposed to going to see a bank. Purely because they have access to a wider range of different mortgages and different packages out there and so you’re more likely to find something that suits you financially.
The whole team here have been superb; they’re very welcoming. Another benefit of using a mortgage adviser is that they handle all of the paperwork for you and that means that I can then focus on the more important things like moving in and getting things sorted and other things that go along with getting a house for the first time.
The three words I would use to describe Future Planning are: knowledgeable, precise and welcoming. I would recommend Future Planning for other people, particularly in a similar situation to mine; people who are looking for a first-time mortgage. And also for other people who are looking to retire and have a secure financial future.
