At work

I have over 20 years of experience in financial services operations, compliance, HR and business management. I work closely with advisers and support teams to improve processes, strengthen regulatory standards and help deliver excellent outcomes for clients. My role focuses on the smooth day-to-day running of the business, overseeing operations, compliance, HR, systems and business improvement initiatives to support an efficient, well-governed and client-focused service.

At home

Outside work, I’m usually running, planning a ski trip, or obsessing over the details of my next holiday — self-declared holiday planner extraordinaire. I also volunteer with a local charity that is close to my heart; it’s something I’ve been doing for a while now and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Lack of ownership.

Good news, good company and a run in the fresh air.

If I could be any fictional character, I would be:

Mary Poppins – because she can somehow bring order to complete chaos!
